Terms of service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Massa Software (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
3. Downloads and licences
Software offered through the Service is licensed — not sold — by the respective makers. Each listing states its own licence and terms. You agree to respect those terms and any applicable law. Downloading does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
4. Uploading and publishing
If you publish software, you confirm that you own it or have the right to distribute it, that it is free of malware, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We review submissions and may reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or by the payment processor's policy. Payments are handled by third parties such as PayPal and Stripe under their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at scale, distributing malware, or uploading unlawful or infringing content.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or remove access if these terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
